residents will register on StormFone.com and register their contact details. When a warning is issued in a region by NOAA such as: Severe weather, Hurricanes, Tornado, Flood, Lighting, Mud Slide, Earth Quakes, and/or Fires, the residents of the affected areas will be selected by their zip code and notified by StormFone High Speed Auto Dialer using the telephone number listed in the database.

Once the resident answers their cell phone or LAN Line phone, an automated message will begin to play explaining the emergency and instructions pertaining to safety measurers.
