Dimitri Snowden co-founded and designed the Paramount School of Excellence, a charter school serving a high-needs population in grades K-8. The school utilizes an integrated, humanities- and research-based curriculum while developing a network of existing programs, services, and resources to expand educational opportunities for schools, students, and families.
In 2010, the Paramount School of Excellence became the first charter school in the United States to feature a wind turbine farm. Dimitri was responsible for designing the building, classrooms, technology infrastructure, student furniture, and the robotics program.
